This 4-week course is a mix of everything that I have learnt and applied to my daily life and benefited from over the last few years.

It is designed to give you the useful tools, coping mechanisms and skills to live a more balanced, authentic, and mindful life.

You will learn to.

  • Reduce stress and anxiety

  • Live in the present moment

  • Have a more positive outlook

  • Learn to live with more awareness and clarity

  • Practice gratitude

  • Reduce excessive worrying and rumination

  • Work with negative thoughts and unpleasant emotions

  • Meditation - why we meditate/ how to meditate/ different ways to meditate - sitting, walking, and lying down

  • Self-care and the importance of loving kindness for yourself and others
